Due to the nature of our Ayurvedic products, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered, opened, or used β for hygiene and safety reasons.

We stand by the quality of our products. If you do not see results after consistent use as directed for 6 months, you may be eligible for a 100% money-back guarantee, under the following conditions:
β Eligibility Criteria:

The customer must use the product for 6 full months.

Must send Before & After photos (taken clearly on the day of order and after 6 months) to infohairayurveda@gmail.com

Must follow the application routine as instructed (will be verified via follow-up communication or usage guide).

Claim must be raised within 15 days of completing the 6-month usage.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7β10 working days after verification.
β Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them or before dispatch. Email us at infohairayurveda@gmail.comΒ with your order ID.

After Shipping: Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

COD Refusal: Refusing a COD delivery may lead to blocking of future COD orders from your address.
